I must be crazy. But I wanted something new, really new in my life. I'll be turning 44 in a few days and I decided I would get going on a new chapter in my life - YOGA!! Not just yoga, but I hope to achieve much more than that, not just a physical well being as I get older, but to maintain a balance of fun and mental well being.
I started off with some very simple poses...planking...
Some balance and trying to keep my back straight!
All in all, I really enjoyed it and can't wait to continue with many more techniques and poses!! Super fun and motivating!
