Balance and planking

Today was a really fun workout!! I think this one I've enjoyed the most.  I did a side plank.  Very hard - it looks way easy in the tutorials and photos but I found that it really isn't! In fact, my right hand hurt a bit and I had to compress with that white gauze you see to give me added strength:

This one was a little easier on my arms. My back didn't bend completely straight the way I wanted it to but overall, I was somewhat satisfied, must keep practicing this pose:

This was a happy day, I got in 4 hours today.  May have overdone it a bit but so happy I took extra time today.

Sitting and Balancing/Back Bending

This had to be the hardest one I've done so far. Oh my goodness, it took such effort and concentration.  Fell a few times and regained my composure.

These two move made me really exhausted.  Good workout.

This one looks like a triangle. Almost like a 'Stork' carrying its bundle.

 I didn't have too much time today, so only one pose.  Busy weekend! Tomorrow school starts....wow, I can't believe it's September already!!
