5 lb. dumbbells

Taking note - have been using 5 lb. dumbbells in addition to my daily yoga routine for about 1 week now.

2 sets each arm. 20 reps.

Also interlacing them under and over my legs in yogi bicycles, super tiring - 1 set, 20 reps for now.

Will track my progress and see how I feel in one month.

Short term goal - upper arm toning.

Long term goal - muscle mass gain - pounds?  Haven't figured that one out yet....I'd like to be 115 lbs. again - anywhere from 115 - 120 with muscle......

I have so much work ahead of me.....
