Day 22

Monday morning motivation!! Get out of bed and lets do this! So today's pose is a YogiDandasana Variant or Foot to Armpit..... a hip opener and torso twister that is excruciatingly hard to balance, so I did plenty of warm-ups before it.


Earlier in the morning, Adriene had one of her videos up, so I was so happy to see that.  I had to indulge in this, another great part of my morning warm-up.  Approx. time was about 29 minutes.
