Day 23

For Baddha Parivrtta Vatayanasana, I couldn't do the half lotus in front, so instead I reversed and turned my left leg up and back -

Then, I did the binding and twisting....either way you have your folded leg, I'm quite sure the feeling is super intense! Incredibly insane during the bind and simutaneously twisting....

And I threw in a quick 10 minute rinse with Adriene - Yoga for Focus and Productivity - this video is only 10 minutes but she packs a punch into it!
